Fairbanks

There is one major downfall to punk. It is so packed with such a riotous energy that you’ll almost always want more.

When it comes to Texas trio Fairbanks we were dished up a healthy dose of punk rock that rattled 2012. But let’s be honest, we ate the record and we’re still hungry.

Good news fellow Punk Rock fans, 2013 has just taken a turn for the riotous. Not only are they playing out October on the road, they’ve released their new single, “Unkept,” for free.

The new track takes the sound we found in Eat This Record tears it apart twists it into a Western-Punk (not to be confused with CowPunk, this holds much more grit and swagger) feeling, gets us rocking and bowing down to repeat plays; instantly.

Listen “Unkept” here first and while you’re at it, head over to Urban Scandal Records and buy Eat This Record.

“Unkept” is available for free, yes FREE, download right HERE
